The maple walnut vinaigrette dressing at Big Fish Grill is one of the best I’ve ever had. I’d love to order it in a wine glass with one of those bendy straws. Also right up there are:
- Lisa's lemon vinaigrette at DiFebo's
- That amazing Greek dressing at Porto in Dagsboro.
- A recent addition in 2020 is the delicious dressing on the “big salad” at Sue Ryan's Good Earth Market & Restaurant just west of Millville/Bethany Beach.

The best salad dressing by far is the “House Dressing” over at The Miltonian in Milton, DE. I wish they would bottle it so I can buy it but they wont do that.
