Well, now that I posted Chef R.J.’s Pound Cake French Toast dish from Peninsula Golf & Country Club, I must now give equal time to my friends at Kings Creek Country Club.
If you have a friend who belongs, get them to take you there when Chef Phil Lambert’s French onion soup is on the menu. You will not be sorry. It’s prepared in the classic style and is quite good.
On Wednesdays, you can top it off with one of about 6 or 7 burger selections. I got the lamb and loved it (hint: get the sweet potato waffle fries!).
