There are two local spots where the lasagne stands out. In no particular order, they are:
Touch of Italy. It stands tall and proud laced with TOI's delicious not-overly-sweet sauce (gravy!).
Pat's Family Pizzeria. Baked to order. The flatter variety cooked in a metal casserole. Chunky meatballs abound.
Your thoughts?
I don’t know if they still offer it, but some years back, Rehoboth Diner used to offer lasagna as a special on certain nights. It was very plentiful and delicious.
