Phake Pheasant Under Glass:

The first step in making a pheasant is to shrink a chicken. This is easily achieved by putting the chicken into a dryer on the hottest setting for two hours. Like a good woolen sweater, it will become several sizes smaller. As the bird tumbles, it should sound like a pair of sneakers drying.
