Rosenfeld's Jewish Deli boss Warren Rosenfeld has signed a Development Agreement with Big Fish Restaurant Group to open a number of new locations. BFRG and Rosenfeld will share the operational, management and location assessment duties; each doing what they do best. Depending on the locations, there will be varying levels of ownership and operational responsibility.
The first new location is planned for Wilmington, DE in 2020. Then there's the possibility of Annapolis, DC and Baltimore areas for 2021 and beyond. And that's just the beginning.
