I’m interested in knowing when it began to be okay for dogs to be allowed in grocery and shopping carts in the area. I’ve witnessed a dog pooping in Home Depot and I’m sorry but I find that pretty disgusting. Probably can’t address this because it’s not a restaurant issue.
