Shrimpy's Snack Shack replaces Bricker's Fries by the Boardwalk on the south side of Rehoboth Avenue. Owner Jim Clarke has put together a menu that includes funnel cakes, fried shrimp, burgers, shrimp & tuna salad sandwiches, hushpuppies fried Oreos, clam strips and more. Shrimpy's is open from 6 a.m. (with breakfast sandwiches!) 'til 11 p.m. 7 days in season. 302-448-1620.
