For those of you who are still mourning the apparent demise of the Holiday Chicken carryout on Indian Mission Road (the northbound leg of Long Neck Road off of Rt. 24), mourn no more! Napoli Pizzeria claims to have duplicated the old Holiday Chicken recipe and sells it right there in their new Italian joint where the chicken place used to be. Click here to see the entire menu. We have had the chicken here and the previous owner is also working there part time. She has taught the new owners how to make the chicken and it is as good as always.
Really good subs and pizza. I think the chicken is even better than before…not as greasy. Very nice to deal with and an added bonus that they deliver to my neighborhood. Only thing we haven’t liked so far (an we have ordered from them at least 8 times) is the calzone…way to much dough.
