Dale Thaxton (formerly Belly BBQ in Angola) and long-time local cook and pitmaster Noel Sickler are dishin' up BBQ brisket, beef, ham, ribs and pork along with jumbo hot dogs at The Rub Shack trailer located in the old Valero spot at the very end of Rehoboth Avenue, across from The Point. These guys bring lots of meaty experience to your breakfast, lunch and dinner BBQ needs. (Lovers of Hopkins Dairy Farm ice cream may remember Noel from his BBQ stand that used to be located there.)
Hours are daily 9-5 and possibly later on weekends.
