Delaware Distilling Company boss Zack King never met a regional favorite he didn’t like. He had 30lbs of live crawfish sent up from Louisiana to his digs in Midway on Coastal Highway. The haul includes some head-on prawns, and some massive U3 prawns. He’s whippin’ ’em up and making them available to DDC customers to celebrate Mardi Gras Sunday through Tuesday.
