Dogfish Re-Opening old Finbar’s Location

Dogfish Head has begun interior construction to reopen the old Finbar's location purchased a couple of years ago. If all goes well in the permitting and construction process, the new restaurant (separate from DFH Brewings and Eats) will open early in the new year. Word on the street is that the old Finbar's will become the new Chesapeake & Maine. We'll keep you posted.
