Shortly after the holidays, Joey Churchman, executive chef and former owner of Bramble & Brine in Rehoboth Beach, will be working closely with The Buttery owner Wilson Gates in the kitchen of that venerable restaurant in Lewes. The owners of the B&B building in Rehoboth decided to sell the land and the building, and the upside is that Joey is bringing tons of experience to The Buttery, including Le Virtu in Philadelphia, Eden, Planet X, and others. We'll keep you posted as Joey and Wilson apply their talents to both The Buttery and The Gate House. Lewes will be better for it!
