99 Sea Level and Harvest Tide Executive Chef Danio Somoza and his wife Gabrielle have let The Rehoboth Foodie in on a little secret! Their brand new Mexican concept, Zoca, will open by the boardwalk in Bethany Beach in the space formerly occupied by Grotto Pizza. Chef Danio is almost finished with the menu, and I’m looking forward to posting a few dishes! The restaurant will be on the street level, and they have a few surprises in store for the upper floors!
