Longtime owners Hugh Fuller and Troy Roberts have sold their iconic Purple Parrot restaurant/bar to local (and successful) restaurateurs Tyler Townsend and Drew Mitchell.
Townsend is part of the growing Second Block Hospitality Group which presently owns and operates The Pines, Drift and Bodhi. Townsend is also a partner in Aqua Bar & Grill.
Townsend and Mitchell know not to mess with success, and they plan to keep the concept at “The Parrot” the same, including being open on Christmas.
