We are sad to report that our first and only Vietnamese restaurant, Minh's Bistro, closed their doors there next to Rosenfeld's at the intersection of Coastal Highway and Rt. 24.
The restaurant has been replaced by The Secret Sauce Thai Kitchen. Reviews and comments so far have been favorable! Give it a try and post your thoughts!
The Secret Sauce needs to be the secret everyone in Rehoboth knows. Excellent Thai food! The Pad Thai was delicious and the Egg Rolls were cooked perfectly. Another member of the family had Drunken Noodles with chicken and enjoyed every bite. It was so good we got take out the next day.
The Secret Sauce Restaurant is a local gem. The food is delicious and the staff is exceedingly friendly. I have tried a number of dishes and have never been disappointed!!!
The Secret Sauce Thai Kitchen appreciates Thinh Pham for passing the torch to them upon his retirement. The new menu will include many of Minh’s Bistro favorite items. The owners of the new Thai restaurant have been in the Thai restaurant business for more than 20 years, both in Thailand and in America and will be offering traditional Thai cuisine. They will be opening in October.
