Barely a few weeks after seasoned cook Woody Voelker came in to take over the operation of Savannah's Deli & Grille on Savannah Road in Lewes, owner/auto repair guy Mike Hazzard has announced the closing of the popular casual sit-down/carryout. Freshly smoked BBQ and fried chicken were the signature dishes at Savannah's. The friendly, bustling little place will be missed.
Now where are we going to snack while we're getting our oil changed!?
