The Touch of Italy restaurant group is pleased to announce that they have reached an agreement with High 5 Hospitality LLC to share back-office administration processes such as human resources and accounting.
High 5 Hospitality, LLC co-owner and Delaware Restaurant Association Board member Bobby Pancake says, “We are pleased to share some of our business operations with the Touch of Italy restaurants. Cooperation between our two companies helps us all control our costs and keeps everyone's prices in line. Everybody benefits.”
Touch of Italy owners Joe Curzi and Bob Ciprietti echo Mr. Pancake's statement: “With two new Touch of Italy locations opening in 2017 and more in the works, anything our two companies can do to streamline our back office operations will benefit us and our loyal customers alike.”
Ownership of both restaurant groups will remain virtually the same as the Delaware-based enterprises grow and move forward with their individual ventures.
