As part of Bryan Derrickson's takeover of Port 251 (and possibly Catchers) at the southeast corner of Lake Ave. and Rehoboth Avenue, the little shack there in the parking lot will become home to Vince Failla's Cup'r Cone Ice Cream concept. Vince has already been quite successful with his truck of the same name.
This new complex will be a fun spot!
