Owner Freddie Lutz has opened his Freddie's #2 in the S. First St. location that played host to The Pond for many years. The Pond now thrives at its new location by the Safeway where TGIFridays used to be.
Freddie started things off with lots of glitter with a grand opening and ribbon cutting attended by Mayor Stan Mills and a Cher impersonator.
