To kick off the start of Coastal Delaware Restaurant Week, personal chef, sommelier and guitarist Paul Cullen, along with nationally recognized James Beard Award-winning Chef Jeff Michaud (from the noted Vetri family of restaurants) are joining together for a night of Italian cuisine, wine and music starting at 5 on Sunday June 4 at Lighthouse Cove in Dewey Beach.
Attendees will enjoy a five-course traditional Italian meal with region-specific wine pairings selected by Cullen and Michaud. Rockin’ The Cucina will begin with a social hour including an antipasto station right on the bay in Dewey Beach.
The duo will host cooking demonstrations including an appetizer, salad course and a traditional Italian entrée. Guests can sit back and relax while former Bad Company bassist Paul Cullen performs acoustic guitar sets in between courses. Tickets may be purchased online at www.CookingConcert.com at $75.00 per person. Hyatt Place Dewey Beach is offering a special overnight stay room package for $299.00 that includes two tickets to “Rockin’ The Cucina.” To make reservations go to www.HyattPlaceDeweyBeach.com and use the Group Code G-CHEF.
