Popular franchise Dave's Hot Chicken is opening in the Tanger Seaside Outlets – just a few doors down from the relatively new Mission BBQ. Four college guys teamed up to create this generally southern-based franchise paying major homage to the popularity of Nashville Hot Chicken.
