Casa Amici now Full Belly

/ Updated on January 14, 2018

Chris Parziale, head chef and owner of Casa Amici for the last four years (used to be Kupchick's – in the former gas station at the corner of Clay Road and Wescoats in Lewes) has recently taken over full ownership and renamed the restaurant Full Belly American Bistro! Thank you to Favored Foodette Michele Schwartz for tracking down the menu & the new website!

Thank you, Faithful Foodie Follower Marijane Hughes for the photo!

I recently ordered a Maragretta Pizza from them and way extremely disapointed. It was doughy and over cheesed with a few fresh slices oftomatoes and bits of basil? on it. They told us they were only doing large pies that night and we paid $20 for it and threw half of it away because it wasn’t cooked. So very disappointed. Will probalby not order from them again.

I LOVE Chris, Erica and Staff at Full Belly. I have NEVER been disappointed in the way Chris prepares my Salmon. My husband loves Prime Rib night on Friday night. Chris has also prepared a variety of shrimp dishes and they have been lick the plate clean delicious. Unfortunately, their Pizza oven expired and they are waiting on the new one to arrive, so Pizza is off the menu. When it is on the menu, it is one of my favorites (and I am VERY critical)

I love how they remember you name when you walk in the door. Also, Chris is willing to adapt a menu item if you ask.

Every restaurant has a bad day.

You get your own sodas at this restaurant, so I don’t know how someone did not get their soda. It is up to you. They just give you the cup.

I ordered food several times to be delivered and tried several different things for both of us it’s very salty food! Spices hide the true flavor of what your eating like the blue grits and seafood it was so hot I couldn’t taste anything but spices! Also I asked for a 20oz Coke 3 times and still to this day have gotten it! If I wasn’t in a wheelchair I wouldn’t have ordered delivery the least they could do was send my drink after calling each time! An no I never got my money back ! So they are off my phone of delivery of anything but pizzas and subs from other places sad because they had me so excited! I expected more in the name change.

New name, same mediocre Sysco food. The pizza is okay but the specials (at least the lunch specials) leave a lot to be desired. Thought I was going to a new restaurant with the signage change but alas!
