Paradigm Closed

Sadly, John and Judy Rioux' Paradigm (Gallery Espresso) out on Rt. 9 near Nassau Vineyards has closed its doors. Was the space to large? Were they perhaps not ready to open in terms of menu, ticket time and service/training? So many factors can contribute to the success of a restaurant. We will be sorry to see them go, as we remember how their small and easy-to-manage Gallery Espresso on Rehoboth Avenue was a fun place to hang out. John was one of my very first interviews for my Cape Gazette column.
