Gallo OUT, Correa IN

After about a year as Chef du Cuisine at Nage, Chef Paul Gallo (on the right) is returning to Abbott’s Grill in Milford to work alongside owner Kevin Reading and long-time pastry chef Andrew Hooven who ran Reading’s Sweet Dreams bakery located where Nage is now.

Gallo replaced Ted Deptula (left in the photo) when Ted moved over to Lewes Yacht Club. Gallo’s head chef position will be filled by his long-time sous chef, the very capable Sean Correa.
