As a prelude to January 28th’s Winter Cocktail Contest with Dogfish Head Distilling, Fork & Flask @ Nage is holding a Food & Spirits Duel this coming Tuesday, November 14th at Fork & Flask @ Nage.
Four chefs will battle it out until only one is left standing (and chewing!): The always smiling Zach Dick, kitchen boss at the new Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats; the impossibly clever Doug Powell, head toque at Chesapeake & Maine restaurant; rock ‘n’ roll taco maven himself Billy Lucas from the Taco Reho tacomobile, and Fork & Flask’s GM and Corporate Chef Sean Corea (his winning status in the fried chicken throwdown is still being contested throughout the world… :o)
All four dishes will pair with Chai Spiced Cider Punch made with DFH Honey Barrel Rum. Fifer’s apple cider, pomegranate, lemon and grenadine.
