Dough Roller, OC native Bill Gibbs' longtime pizza and pancake joint, will debut their famous pancakes, breakfasts, lunches and Italian dinner entrees over Sea Witch Weekend beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, 10/23.
This applies to the sit-down/walk-up location on Rehoboth Avenue. Integration of the Dough Roller menu will be a bit slower at Rehoboth Ale House, now owned by Gibbs' organization.
