Millsboro's Kaan's Bakery will soon open in the Avenue Inn complex by Blue Hen Restaurant. The timing is perfect, given the recent departure of Duck Donuts, which was open for just about a year. Owner Kaan Pomakoglu has put his baker mom to work taking care of the sweet treats, some of which will reflect their Turkish background.
