Great review! As a vegetarian/pescetarian totally love so many options at Mariachi, including the best-in-class fish tacos. Yolanda has made those wonderful pupusas for me with cheese only (instead of pork & cheese). The carnivores in my family love the fajitas, the carne asade, and everything else. Consistently excellent, with Top Shelf margaritas and the most sublime tres leches as you note, Yolanda’s own recipe which she & her son make several times each week.
Happened to ask long-time waiter Patrick when I was there last week — they have transitioned back to seven days a week as of early April 2021, lunch & dinner (brunch on Sundays until 3 pm).
