DelawareToday’s ‘Best of Delaware’ award-winning chef Sean Corea, hospitality Swiss Army knife Tom Little and business partner Tim Bartley joined forces to open their relatively new eatery in the iconic Walsh Building on Second Street in Lewes – the location of the original Rose & Crown and Jerry's Seafood.
The seasoned veterans have known each other since working together at Nage and Fork & Flask and became best friends. They are excited to be part of an impressive creative team that is developing a signature dining concept for The Walsh Building and the Lewes community. You'll love the huge raw bar on display in the front window of the restaurant. Oyster lovers will go crazy over this one.

Some of the highlights include a delicious “Damn Good Burger” with Wagyu beef, bacon and cheese on an onion roll. The pickles are amazing, by the way. Stars of the show include the Low Tide Oysters (see the gallery) smothered in warm butter and a 3-cheese blend. We also loved the Oyssters Rockefeller – a modern take on that traditional dish. And don't miss the ricotta toast with hot honey, sunflower pesto and sea salt. There's a lot more, and I don't want to ruin the surprise. Familiar faces abound there on 2nd St. in Lewes, including former Fork & Flask sous Chef Dillon Walker, and of course Tommy Little and Exec Chef Sean Corea.

We ate there Saturday May 13th. Klaus and I had the salad with the balsamic dressing. Klaus had the Manhattan clam chowder, calamari. I had oysters Rockefeller. We both happy with our meal.
Took your advice and ordered the Wagu burger which was excellent! When I worked in Silver Spring Md {I know you are also a former Washingtonian}, we used to occasionally sneak out for an extended lunch at Clyde’s in Georgetown or Columbia and this restaurant reminds me a lot of Clyde’s- upscale casual, good food, service, and charming surroundings. A great addition to downtown Lewes PS you did not mention the fries, equal or better to that place on the boards everyone raves about.
Went to Lewes Oyster House after the holidays. Our dinner was delicious and the service was great. Bartenders were very friendly and knowledgeable. Signature cocktails look amazing. Only downside for locals is $16-$18 for a glass of wine. We’ll return but might not get a glass of wine.
