Longtime beach restaurateur Jon Orlando has decided to relax a bit after 40 years restauranting here at the beach. His first place, Potpourri, was on Rehoboth Avenue where Chesapeake & Maine is now. The current Just in Thyme building on the Forgotten Mile has been sold and word is that it will be a restaurant.

I, too, loved the Shrimp Orlando. It is the only dish I would order. When you have tasted perfection it is impossible to try anything else.

I will truly miss this wonderful place! And my favorite dish, the Shrimp Orlando. That wonderful blend of the perfect pink cream sauce, perfectly cooked angel hair pasta, and juicy shrimp. Always served hot! I would love to have the recipe.
