On Friday 1/23 at 6, Fish On in the Villages of Five Points will team up with Teller Wines for an all-out fish’n wine extravaganza. SoDel Concepts north-end regional manager Mike Dickinson and Head Chef Maurice Catlett have put together a repast deserving of Teller’s delicious wines!
Imagine this: Warm mushroom salad, house smoked feta with bacon vinaigrette, roasted wild mushrooms, house smoked feta, baby kale and apple wood smoked bacon. Then, a pan-seared scallop with a smoked mussel & white bean ragout. Top it off with a main course of roasted Cornish hen, hoppin’ John and grilled cornbread. Dessert will be a cherry, orange and chocolate trifle. And each course will include wines hand selected by Catherine Hester, RehobothFoodie.com’s senior wine columnist and grape chaser of note.
