Chef Tom Deptula has moved west from Jeff and Jenn Zerby's Victoria's restaurant in the Boardwalk Plaza Hotel to be the new chef at Baywood Greens in Long Neck. Tom assumed the role of kitchen boss at Victorias after a short stint at the ill-fated Cabo. He certainly put his mark on the venerable Victoria's with its spectacular ocean and Boardwalk frontage.
We have high hopes for Baywood, not only in terms of food but also service. Hopefully Tom will be a catalyst for both.
