Chef Aaron Berg has moved on from The Buttery in Lewes. He will be missed.
Owner John Donato is pleased to announce that Chef Marcus Green (formerly of the long-gone Cypress and Hobos in Rehoboth) has taken over the boss spot in the kitchen. Marcus brings a Louisiana twist to The Buttery’s cooking, and this will certainly reflect in the cuisine. We are looking forward to it. Sometimes change can actually be good! We wish John and Marcus the best of luck reinventing the menu at The Buttery!
