Mike Zygmonski, general manager of Papa Grande’s Coastal Taqueria in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, was recently named wine director for Papa Grande’s parent company, SoDel Concepts, which has eight coastal Delaware restaurants as well as Plate Catering and Big Thunder Roadside Kitchen.
Mike recently became a certified sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, which was established to improve beverage knowledge and service in hotels and restaurants. Congratulations, Mike!
