In-house baked goods, Swell Joe coffee from Surf Bagel, breakfast and lunch sandwiches and even handmade chocolates are available at 2000 Coastal Highway in the old Bistro Cafe spot between Sauslbury and New Orleans sts. in Dewey Beach at the newly remodeled Baked! Wendy Menard and Pam Minhas are always there to greet you.
They are back in the saddle so you can get yourself properly baked while enjoying free WiFi and nibbling on fresh pastries, cookies and who knows what else. Care to pop a bon bon or two? Pam is a trained chocolatier and she is whippin' up delightful truffles, chocolate-dipped pretzels and everything in between.
