Chesapeake & Maine Celebrates Two-Year Anniversary With Dock Rock Party! Long May it Sail!
Chesapeake & Maine is celebrating its two year anniversary on March 7 and they’re partying Dock Rock style. Jump aboard the off-centered ship and head to C&M to raise a toast to two years of serving fresh seafood dishes and handcrafted specialty cocktails. They’ll be spinning tunes from the yacht rock genre – a love of '70s and '80s soft-rock smoothness with artists like Kenny Loggins, Toto, Robert Palmer and Steely Dan. Throw on your best white pants, shades and captain’s hat and you’re ready for the smooth-music renaissance at Chesapeake & Maine. (Dock Rock attire is encouraged!)
Tickets are $40 and include light coastal fare from the Maine and Chesapeake regions and two drink tickets for seafaring cocktails from Dogfish Head Distilling Co. DJ Shady Lady will be spinning your favorite Dock Rock tunes, so remember to wear your boogie shoes (or docksiders!).
