The rooftop deck at Papa Grande's Rehoboth Coastal Taqueria at Second and Wilmington is officially open as Rehoboth's place to see and be seen for summer 2016. Off-season specials still apply until the week before Memorial Day, so get the best of summer and the best of winter starting Friday, on the roof, at Papa Grande's in Rehoboth.
