I have a suggestion: Since so many restaurants take Mondays off, it would be helpful to have a compiled list of restaurants that are open on Mondays rather than reading through each restaurants' individual information. Glad to see you mentioned the [Rehoboth] dairy on Holland Glade [Road]. [My husband] used to get milk there and heavy cream for me (which I glug straight from the bottle). … It makes him happy because of his affectionate memories of his grandparents' dairy farm in New Hampshire in his youth.

I often wonder why a restaurant wouldn't strive for the best. This is a small town and word gets around. I'm in the habit of emailing the offending restaurant and the replies have always been apologetic. I have written off a few ([…] being the main offender).
