The iconic Phillips Crab House at 21st St. will soon morph into the Union Chesapeake Seafood House, the second restaurant venture by the current owners of Fast Eddie's Corner Bar & Grill at 120th St. . Their intention is to stay somewhat in the path cleared by Phillips, including the well known all-you-can-eat seafood buffet and prime rib buffet.
The all-you-can eat buffets will open first in the upper dining rooms, then later in the season the a la carte crabhouse/restaurant will open on the street level.
