Cool Springs: New Owner

One of the best restaurants in Dover has just changed hands. Chef Dennis Forbes and his wife Caroline's beloved Cool Springs Fish Bar & Restaurant is now under the able ownership of Chef Joe Lopez. Joe has a long history here at the beach, including The Big Fish Group and the Starboard Group. I'll be posting some new photos soon!
