Touch of Italy Rehoboth is expanding into the lot where the old Root Gourmet/Nage Pantry used to stand. The old structure has been completely demolished and will be replaced by a new 2-story complex containing an expansion of the restaurant and an event space for weddings, etc., including facilities for entertainment, teaching, etc.
