And Then There was One…

Let There be Truffles! event has been a huge success! Thank you, truffle lovers everywhere.

The last two nights of Trufflemania at Bluecoast and Lupo Italian kitchen were blockbuster sellouts! This Thursday at Fish On, Black Diamond French Truffle Farms and SoDel Concepts team up to bring you the last of three once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to dine and sip in style on Black Diamond truffle-laced appetizers, entrees and desserts. And it all goes to benefit your local Meals on Wheels Lewes-Rehoboth.

Enjoy delicacies such as lobster dumplings with truffle cream, sweet corn ice cream with truffle popcorn, truffle poutine, plums with truffle honey, black truffle arancini, truffle-stuffed guinea hen … the menu goes on and on. As you dine in style, the Rehoboth Foodie, truffle queen Susan Alexander and the SoDel Concepts chefs will answer questions about the menu and fill you in on the mysteries behind the elusive – and very expensive – truffle which, according to legend, is created by thunder and lightning!

Tickets are $75 p/p and include a carefully selected wine pairing with each course. Gratuity is extra, of course.

Call 302-645-9790 for Fish On on Thursday. (Fish On might be sold out, but give it a try….)

Listen to Susan Alexander & SoDel Concepts' Doug Ruley get totally truffled on Sip & Bite with the Rehoboth Foodie.

Remember — every penny raised for Meals on Wheels Lewes-Rehoboth stays right here in Sussex County! Additional sponsors include Cape Gazette and RehobothFoodie.com.
