We are sad to report that the smiling co-proprietor of Double-Dippers ice cream, Tom Gile, passed away on July 15th, 2015. Tom was only 52. He is survived by the equally popular Jocques LeClair, Tom's partner of 18 years and the owner of Proud Bookstore in Rehoboth Beach.
