Fordham & Dominion Brewery in Dover held their gala CheesetoberFest on Saturday, October 7th and your very own Rehoboth Foodie was one of the cheezy judges! It was a fun afternoon with the Ceremonial Firkin Tapping and Procession, a Philadelphia German Oom-Pa Band, and all sorts of sipping and biting! The judging panel included two accomplished chefs/culinary instructors, a newspaper food writer and a certified KCBS BBQ judge. The participating restaurants were judged on mac & cheese and on grilled cheese. The winners are:
