The Millsboro Kaisy's Delights is officially open. They have a much-expanded menu with an emphasis on Austrian and German cuisine, along with their delicious breakfasts and coffees.
They're in the old Delaware Trust Building in downtown Millsboro. The LEWES Kaisy's is still going strong and will have the same tasty NEW menu.
