After 15 years in Millsboro, the Blue Water Grill closed for good on 8/15. The restaurant had many trials and tribulations, including a devastating fire several years ago and the arbitrary lockdowns and restrictions of the last several years.
Former co-owner Josh Wiggins is now cooking at the new Drift restaurant in Rehoboth, and Blue Water Grill has been owned and operated for several years solely by Jess Wiggins – a very talented lady!
Blue Water was a mainstay in Millsboro for a long time and will be missed! If you're wondering about the lead photo, I always loved their small-town decor ceiling. So there.
This is sad news. Had great food and a real nice atmosphere.
