If Saturday's emails and texts are any indication (and they indeed are), the Sip & Bite with the Rehoboth Foodie show that featured Jamie Mack, the Director of Community Environmental Health Services for the Division of Public Health (in other words, “The Health Department”) was a blockbuster.
Apparently people are interested in what's done to ensure that their restaurant meals – from fast food to fine dining – are clean, cooked/handled properly, and free of food-borne pathogens.
