On Monday night 9/21, Sam Calagione and his off-centered band of brewers and distillers rolled out a new line of distilled spirits for industry and media. We were treated to a tour and got a glimpse of one of the 2-story tall copper stills.
The new state-of-the-art distillery is in the heart of DFH's Milton campus, giving Head Distiller Graham Hamblett access to the same quality ingredients, brewing expertise and equipment used to make their off-centered ales.
The first spirits to debut from Dogfish Head Distilling Co. are Analog Vodka, Compelling Gin and Whole Leaf Gin, available at retailers and bars throughout Delaware in November 2015.
