Well, we can finally reveal what's been happening behind the scenes for a few months: Big Fish Restaurant Group (Big Fish Restaurants, Crab House, Stingray, Salt Air, Striper Bites and several other properties here and elsewhere) has partnered with the tri-state restaurant group Atlas, which sports around 40 properties in Texas, Maryland and PA.
Big Fish boss Eric Sugrue says that the BFRG quality will remain the same, giving the larger group's better buying power.
Much higher prices, poorer quality and less than adequate food preparation, place was half empty on a usually busy night …waitress was very good.
I will not return until there are some reputable positive reviews. This will be difficult, since I have enjoyed dinning there for over 26 years. Very disappointing.
