LEWES
Celebrate with the annual Lewes Independence Day Boat Parade on the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal at 1:30 p.m. with the awards ceremony on the Lightship Overfalls. Call 302-645-8073 for more info. The annual and very informal Doo-Dah parade will start around 5-5:30-ish at the corner of Manila Ave. Just show up. Told you it was informal.
BETHANY BEACH — UPDATE!
The 31st annual parade has been cancelled due to the weather and the fireworks will occur on Saturday at dusk with live music at the bandstand at 7:30. Call 302-539-8011 x123 for more information.
MILTON
“Bring Mayberry back to Milton” is the theme of this year's events. Picnic in the Park starts at 10 a.m. with fun activities for the kids including prizes. Live music will be at the Milton Farmers' Market from 3-6. The Footlights will perform live in the Gazebo starting at 7.
